Swedish: 1-hour A traditional massage designed to relax and revitalize. $100.

Deep Tissue: 1-hour. This technique is used to lengthen and broaden the muscles, releases lactic acid build up; it uses deeper pressure not for featherweights. $120.

Reflexology: 1-hour treatment on your feet or hands. By applying firm pressure to reflex points on your hands or feet a response is felt by the corresponding organs. Helps the body release toxins. $120.

Cranial Sacral: 1-2 hours A gentle whole body technique that releases restrictions in the cranial sacral system. Excellent for headaches, tension, hyperactivity, eyestrain, and problems with the nervous system. Leaves you with a calm relaxed feeling $120.

Lotus Energy Work: 1-hour a combination of sound and bodywork to release energetic blockages. $130.

Thai Massage: 1 ½ hr the ultimate sports massage to stretch and lengthen your muscles great for athletes. It's yoga for the lazy person $170.

BODYWRAPS

Aloe Hydrating Wrap: 1-hr: The perfect wrap when your skin needs replenishing. You are wrapped in rehydrating crème of aloe vera, rose, and tea tree oil, which aid the skin to remoisturize and heal. While wrapped, your head and feet are massaged. Afterwards rosehips rehydrating lotion is massaged into your skin. $130.

Essential Oil Wrap: 1-hr Choose your favorite aromatic oil for a whole body massage and wrap. While wrapped, receive and special head and foot massage. $130.

Clay Wrap: 1½ hr you are covered with clay and oatmeal then wrapped. While wrapped, you will receive a relaxing head and foot massage. The skin is then exfoliated and after a shower massaged with a rehydrating crème. $195.

LAURA TOKIOKA CMT

For the past 29 years Laura Tokioka has been involved in the healing arts profession. She has taught and practiced Massage, Craranial Sacral Therapy, and Lotus Energy in the US and in Asia. In addition she has been trained in traditional healing forms by Lakota, Tibetan, and Belizean healers and in Appalachian herbal medicine. Her experience varies widely from traditional to alternative settings.

Ms. Tokioka has worked extensively with physical therapists, chiropractors and psychiatrists. Ms. Tokioka is a graduate the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy (1979), and Thomas Edison State College (1993). She is licensed massage therapist and a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Professionals and The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy Medicine.

Her modalities include Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Polarity, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Lotus Energy Work, Sound Therapy and Body Wraps.
